Delivery Information

At TABI & MAMA, we believe that receiving your meals should be as effortless as enjoying them. From our kitchen to your doorstep, every order is carefully prepared, securely packaged and delivered with your convenience in mind.

How Your Meals Arrive

Our meals are prepared in advance and delivered frozen to preserve their quality, flavour and freshness.

Each order is carefully packed in insulated packaging with cooling materials designed to help maintain the appropriate temperature during transit.

Delivery Areas

We are working towards offering delivery across the United Kingdom.

Available delivery locations will be confirmed at checkout. If we are unable to deliver to your postcode, you will be notified before completing your order.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

When your order is ready for dispatch, we will provide delivery information so you know when to expect your meals.

Delivery schedules and available dates will be confirmed during checkout.

Receiving Your Order

As our meals are delivered frozen, we recommend arranging for someone to be available to receive your delivery.

Upon arrival:

• Unpack your meals promptly.

• Place frozen meals directly into your freezer.

• Refrigerate any fresh juices immediately.

• Follow the storage and heating instructions provided.

If You're Not Home

Please make every effort to be available during your scheduled delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that frozen meals will remain at the required temperature if left unattended for an extended period.

Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care when preparing and packaging every order.

If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or in an unsuitable condition, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, including your order number and photographs where appropriate.

We will review your concerns and work towards a suitable resolution in accordance with your statutory rights.
