Storage

Our meals are delivered frozen to preserve their quality and freshness.

• Place all meals in the freezer immediately upon delivery.
• Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
• To enjoy a meal the following day, transfer it from the freezer to the refrigerator the day before and allow it to defrost thoroughly.
• Once fully defrosted, keep refrigerated at 5°C or below and consume within 24 hours.
• Never defrost meals at room temperature.
• Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Heating Instructions

Stovetop (Recommended)

1. Transfer the fully defrosted meal into a suitable saucepan.
2. Heat over a medium heat, stirring regularly to ensure even heating.
3. Continue heating until the food is steaming hot throughout, with no cold spots.
4. Allow to cool to a comfortable eating temperature before serving.

Microwave

1. Remove the decorative sleeve and plastic lid.
2. Transfer the fully defrosted meal to a microwave-safe dish, unless the original bowl is confirmed microwave-safe.
3. Cover loosely with a microwave-safe cover.
4. Heat on high for approximately 2 minutes.
5. Stir thoroughly to distribute the heat evenly.
6. Heat for approximately another 2 minutes, or longer if required, until steaming hot throughout.
7. Allow to stand briefly, stir again and check the temperature before eating.

Heating times are approximate and will vary depending on your appliance and portion size.

Important: Reheat meals only once. Always ensure food is thoroughly heated before consumption.

Refrigerate immediately upon delivery at 5°C or below.

Keep bottles sealed until ready to enjoy.

Shake gently before drinking, as natural separation may occur.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume promptly.

Drink within 48 hours. Discard after that.

Do not consume if the seal is damaged or the juice shows signs of spoilage.
